Dear residents,
For most of the Montreal Island districts, real estate sales have slightly decreased in 2014. The historical district of Old-Montreal has been no exception to the rule.
And even though the trend continued his way down in January (-8% compared to January 2014), we can possibly believe that potential buyers will show up within the next weeks, due to the lowest interest rates ever. And, with a Canadian dollar traded at approximately $0.80 US, our real estate market could become more attractive to foreign investors. If this trend go on, we can be confident in regard to a future sales growth.
All last year long, the Patricia Lallier’s team changed all her way to do things in order to realise a more efficient real estate commercializing. Constantly using new technologies, our team acknowledged a tremendous success. Investing in research and attending many important meetings in the US is beginning to bear fruit. We’re taking advantage of the strength of social networks, on which you can easily follow us and see our novelties and new inscriptions.
Nevertheless, we still have so much to do but, dear friends, you can be sure that my team and I wish to be among the most innovating real estate agencies regarding technologic support. On this basis, I kindly invite you to watch our upcoming marketing campaigns.
